The rules are not too hard to understand. We agree with and embrace the existing server rules provided by the project 1999 creators and staff. We just emphasize on the play nice section. Here are some specific reminders on how you are expected to represent our guild. These rules are subject to change, if the need to arises. Please don't be the reason for said changes. We ask that if you observe anyone within our ranks not following these rules that you notify an officer or Xakasle personally, lest our name be tarnished!
1. Don't ever knowingly deceive or con a player in any transactions or encounters. Always be up front with everyone involved. Every interaction with another player forms an opinion or view about us. Make it a pleasant experience for people who come across us.
2. Don't disrespect people, guildy or not!! We should always be the mature adult and not make a scene. (We all know what disrespect is, no excuses.) If conflict is unavoidable, we ask that you remove your guild tag temporarily (/anon) until it is resolved or one of you leaves the zone. Always remember, it is JUST a game.
3. Don't spam, anywhere. Guild chat, auctions in tunnels, nowhere...it's annoying. (This guild was created with role playing in mind, hence the name. But please don't excessively use languages that most people would not know, in guild chat. A mistake, or a little fun here and there is welcome. It's part of the game we all love so much; although it does get annoying to see a whole chat window full of incomprehensible words.)
Looting rules: These will usually be decided ahead of time for major or planned events. Otherwise, communication is key. Talk with your group to form some sort of rotation.. Or, at the very least make sure everyone you are with is okay with you looting everything if that is your style. Either or is suitable and respectable. During any guild groups or events, we will always roll need before greed. That means if people need it...no greed rolls. This is another area where common sense comes into play as well as common decency.
We are all adults here, for the most part. We know right from wrong. I expect all members to represent us as such! That means always be courteous. If you get into an altercation with another player..don't make a scene, just turn the other cheek, or report them. Simple stuff.
